Elementary School, Middle School and High School athlete group programs are designed to make you move better, feel stronger, be faster, perform more powerfully, train smarter than your competition and ultimately perform better. We strongly emphasize education. Young athletes at Hamilton Health & Performance are coached from the moment they begin to the moment they leave. The Hamilton Health & Performance program is based on consistent instruction and coaching. Every group of athletes is led by a coach through proper stretching, and warm-up, and then guided through the entire program.

Our program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper strength training, and energy system conditioning. Workouts become progressively more challenging when fundamental techniques have been mastered. Our program ensures good progression over the duration of the session and program. YOUTH (ages 7-10) SPORTS PERFORMANCE & FITNESS PROGRAMS

Youth athletes can benefit from strength and conditioning just as much as older youth athletes and adults. Our personalized small group programs for grade school at the HHP facility will get you ready for competition. Elementary School athlete group programs are designed for youth athletes ages 7 years old through 10, and will provide your youth athlete an advantage over the competition. We highly emphasize teaching youth athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. This program is 60 minutes in length, and incorporates elements of our other programs, tailored for the youth athlete, and designed with fun fitness activities in mind.

 

JUNIOR VARSITY (ages 12-14) SPORTS PERFORMANCE & FITNESS PROGRAMS

Our personalized small group programs for middle school at the HHP facility will get you ready for competition. Junior Varsity athlete group programs are designed for young athletes ages 11 years old through 14, and will provide your young athlete an advantage over the competition. We highly emphasize teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. This program is 60 minutes in length and incorporates elements of our other programs, tailored for the younger athlete.

 

 

VARSITY (ages 15-18) SPORTS PERFORMANCE & FITNESS PROGRAMS

Our personalized small group programs for high school at the HHP facility will get you ready for competition. High School athlete group programs are designed for athletes ages 15 years old to 18 and designed to enhance the performance of your young athlete in any sport they are participating in. We strive to help your high school athlete feel more powerful, faster, stronger and perform better than the competition. This program is 60 minutes in length and incorporates elements of our other programs, and tailored to meet the needs of maturing athletes.

 

COLLEGE SPORTS PERFORMANCE & FITNESS PROGRAMS

Our summer college athlete group programs are designed for current or aspiring collegiate athletes preparing for their upcoming school year. With specific needs and goals of higher-level athletes in mind, this program provides more advanced strength and conditioning and more intense conditioning to ensure athletes are prepared for their upcoming competitive season. This program is 60 minutes in length, and tailored to meet the needs of higher-level athletes.
