HHP is home to people of all ages, fitness levels and performance abilities. Adult Group Training Programs, Sports Performance Training Programs and Personal Training based in Crystal Lake. HHP is the Premier Weight Loss Center in the greater McHenry County area.

Hamilton Health & Performance was established to improve the quality of life and enhance performance through guided fitness education, training and coaching that aligns with the needs and goals of each individual client.
