My experience with Adam Hamilton at Health Health & Performance has been so amazing! Adam is the most positive trainer I have ever worked with. He loves what he does and it shows. His enthusiasm is so strong. He makes everyone feel like they matter. He makes people feel good about themselves. There is no pressure at all.
Your workout is all about you and no one else. No need for makeup or fancy clothes. It’s all about how much you want to sweat. Everyone is so supportive of each other. It’s become a workout family for me. I have progressed so much in the past 4 months that I can’t believe it.
Definitely the best gym out there!
Recently, Adam Hamilton took over ownership of the gym where I have been attending workout classes for 5+ years. Though Adam was committed to not shaking things up too drastically, at least initially, he immediately began putting his “stamp” on the classes and I couldn’t be happier and more pleased with the results and the experience.
Adam has proven to be extremely encouraging and he motivates me to not only achieve goals, but to SET the goals to begin with. The workouts are always different and involve exercises geared toward an always changing combination of core, conditioning, balance, coordination, strength, power, resistance, agility, speed, endurance, flexibility, and reaction time. The workouts also always target different muscles and/or muscle groups. I never know what to expect, look forward to every class and am ALWAYS confident that the class will produce positive results, including but not limited to improved mood, reduced stress (or at least an improved ability to cope with stress), improved self-esteem, increased pride in physical accomplishment, increased satisfaction, improved body image, increased energy, increased confidence in my physical abilities and, last but not least, improved health and fitness!
Adam is very personable and expresses a genuine interest and concern for me not only on a fitness level, but also on a personal level. He is an excellent teacher, coach, mentor, and motivator. He thoroughly explains each workout and walks around continually coaching, teaching form to ensure the best results and encouraging us to push ourselves (I cannot tell you how many times I hear “is that weight heavy enough?”!!!). Additionally, he provides a wealth of information regarding healthy eating and is always willing to offer healthy options and assess our eating habits.
Overall, Adam has made working out an enjoyable and rewarding experience, all the while ensuring that it is also challenging. I would highly recommend Hamilton Health & Performance should you be looking to improve any aspect of your well-being, health, and/or fitness.
